About ParksCampus
ParksCampus is designed to elevate your learning experience by making it easier than ever to access, track, and engage with a diverse range of learning content. Similar in design to the Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) website, it allows you to browse and register for training and courses.
After your first login from a Parks Canada device, ParksCampus can be accessed from outside of the Parks Canada network, on many devices, no matter where you are!
ParksCampus begun a phased launch in June 2025.

We are proud to share the launch of these features:
- Learning Catalogue: a user-friendly interface to explore all training programs in one convenient place.
- Learning Summary (for employees and surpervisors): a regularly updated record of all the training you have taken with Parks Canada, the Canada School of Public Service, as well as select external trainings that are required for your role. Your supervisor will also be able to view your progress there. Important : Available 24h after your first connexion.
- Mandatory training paths: Easily view the mandatory training requirements for common roles and see how this compares to the training you’ve taken.
What to look forward to in future phases:
- Registration for live (instructor-led) courses: Browse and register for any courses being offered, both virtually and in person, in one place.
- Additional learning paths: Discover what training is needed for more specific roles and see how this compares to the training you’ve taken.
- Job aids: Access important training information for your role, whether you’re sitting at a desk or out in the field.
What will happen to the learning data in PeopleSoft?
With the gradual rollout of ParksCampus, the use of PeopleSoft for tracking training will be progressively phased out. Existing data will be transferred to your learning summary in ParksCampus, where it will be combined with your new learning data.
What’s changing now:
- Training completed through the CSPS will automatically be recorded in ParksCampus.
- If you or your team are still entering this data in PeopleSoft, you may need to continue doing so temporarily until reports become available in the new solution. (For example, to obtain financial delegation, you must submit your three certificates via this Jira helpdesk.)
Coming soon:
For subject matter experts who wish to add existing training data, an Excel template and a Jira ticket will make bulk submission easier.
Once ParksCampus is deployed across all functional areas, all learning data (PeopleSoft, ParksCampus, and the Canada School of Public Service) will be automatically linked to the organization’s training database and displayed in learning summaries and learning paths.
For Content Creators
ParksCampus is the Parks Canada’s enterprise solution for learning, with all existing learning content to be integrated in phases, starting with mandatory courses.
Here are the benefits for you:
- Content creation directly within ParksCampus.
- Courses run smoothly and certificates are recorded automatically.
- Improved accessibility with the built-in checker.
- Free creation and editing (no licensing fees).
The Learning team will ensure that content creators receive the training they need, along with personalized support from our team.
