Accessible facilities

The Rectory is accessible by a ramp onto the porch and a ramp into the building. The Red River Genealogy Centre on the building’s second floor is only accessible by stairs.

Bicycles

Bicycles are permitted on the St. Andrew’s Rectory grounds and a bike rack is available for cyclists in the parking lot. Please be respectful of visitors on foot and ride safely.

Bikes are also available to rent at St. Andrew’s Rectory (subject to availability).

Gift shop

Re-loved Rectory Gift Shop, operated by the St. Andrews Heritage Centre, is located in the Rectory building. You can also shop online.

Parking

Parking is available in the lot next to the rectory building. Visitors may have to walk up to 50 metres on grass and crushed stone to get to the rectory building from the parking area.

Picnic area

St. Andrew’s Rectory has picnic tables as well as ample grassy areas on the rectory’s front lawn. Enjoy the space with friends and family, but please practice leave-no-trace guidelines to ensure others can enjoy the space afterwards.

There are several picnic tables, including two picnic tables that can accommodate a wheelchair, with a space that is 99 centimetres (39 inches) wide and 71 centimetres (28 inches) tall.

Restrooms

Restrooms are available via a ramp near the parking area. There is a men’s restroom and a women’s restroom with a single stall each with space to accommodate a wheelchair.
