Signal Hill National Historic Site
Terms of permitting:
- Special event permits are available during Signal Hill’s main operating season from June to October. Other times will be considered upon request.
- Availability is moderated by Parks Canada’s pre-scheduled use of the facility. Blackout period may apply.
- Clients must supply their own tables, chairs, and linens for events. While a screen and projector are available, clients must utilize their own computers for interface in the Signal Room and the Signal Hill Theatre.
- Set-up and tear-down of any tables, chairs or event-related paraphernalia must be accomplished within the above noted timeframe.
- Smoking within 100m of the building is prohibited.
- The consumption of cannabis at the venue is prohibited.
- The consumption of alcohol at the venue is prohibited unless the required provincial alcohol license is obtained by those booking the space, and presented for confirmation, as required.
- Outside food/catering is permitted but clients are responsible for the removal of all garbage or refuse resulting from their event within the period of the event permit.
- Access to all areas outside of those specified in the permit is prohibited.
