Fully Guided Tour: Winter on Sable

During the winter, Sable Island becomes the stage for one of nature’s most extraordinary displays. More than 300,000 grey seals gather here to give birth and mate, while the island’s wild horses grow thick, woolly coats to withstand the Atlantic winds.

Guests walk safely among the clusters of seals, breathing in the crisp ocean air and witnessing a landscape alive with movement and sound. It’s a rare encounter for those seeking an unforgettable wilderness experience.
