Visitor Services Team Leader II

Duties

Oversee and deliver visitor services operations in a fast-paced environment

Training, scheduling and supervision of staff
Oversee operation of entry gates, day use areas, and campgrounds (front country, back country, Yurts)
Providing customer service and sales
Revenue/data collection, analysis, and presentation

Coordinate with other teams on service delivery, public safety, prevention and facility maintenance

Resolve operational challenges
Provide recommendations for service improvements

Perform administrative duties

Participate in staff recruitment and training
Evaluate staff performance, providing feedback and support
Data entry (Leave application, incident reporting, timesheets, staffing appointments)

Language selection

Search
