Maintenance worker
⮩ Perform installation, assembly, disassembly, maintenance, and repairs of temporary structures (platforms, walkways), independently or as part of a team, in challenging and sometimes hostile outdoor environments.
⮩ Repair, maintain, and restore various facilities, equipment, and trails, both old and new, using innovative methods adapted to the specific characteristics of the environment.
Workplace: Mingan field unit (Havre-Saint-Pierre, Longue-Pointe-de-Mingan and Mingan Archipelago islands)
Duration of employment: May to October
Type of job: Full time
Work schedule: Daytime and evening schedule, on weekdays and weekends
Salary:
Hourly rate starting at $28.24 + isolation allowances
Visitor Services Team Leader
⮩ Plan, organize, schedule, and supervise visitor reception in order to offer visitors of the Mingan Archipelago National Park Reserve the opportunity to discover, appreciate, learn about, and enjoy the site and its natural and/or cultural resources, and to understand their importance to Canada.
Workplace: Mingan field unit (Havre-Saint-Pierre, Longue-Pointe-de-Mingan and Mingan Archipelago islands)
Duration of employment: April to October
Type of job: Full time
Work schedule: Daytime and evening schedule, on weekdays and weekends
Salary:
Hourly rate starting at $69,062 annually + isolation allowances
