Pursuant to section 7(1) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following activity is hereby prohibited by order of the Superintendent:

Operate a motorized watercraft at a noise level exceeding 75db(a) measured to watercraft underway; and/or 88db(a) measured to stationary watercraft

Due to the following conditions:

For the proper managment of Waterton Lakes National Park and in coordination with federal regulations applicable to operation of a vessel with Glacier National Park, Montana.
