Pursuant to section 7.1(2) of the National Parks General Regulations, the following designated activities in the Park require a personal use permit (“entry permit”):

• Camping
• oTENTik
• Hiking and walking
• Canoeing/kayaking/boating
• Biking
• Beaches and swimming
• Geocaching
• Cultural interpretive exhibits
• Interpretive programs
• Special events
• Day use and picnic areas
• Boat launches and docks
• Viewing areas
• Trailside exhibits
• Cross country skiing
• Snowshoeing
• Winter shelters
• Parking
• Fishing

Additional permits are required for camping, accommodations, winter trail use and fishing.

This notice is in force until further notice.

Anyone found in violation of this notice may be prosecuted under Section 24(2) of the Canada National Parks Act.
